Indian Lodge is located at the north end of Lake Whitney in the Kimball Bend area of the Brazos River. The entrance is one mile SE of Hwy. 174 on County Road 1190. The physical address is 127 Private Road 1200, Kopperl, TX 76652.

From Fort Worth and points north on I-35W:


    Travel south on 1-35W and take Exit #26A on Hwy. 67 west toward Cleburne. After 6 miles, take the Bus. 67 exit toward downtown. At the courthouse, turn left on Hwy. 174 South and travel 19.5 miles to the Brazos River. Continue one more mile past the bridge and watch for the Indian Lodge Resort sign on the left side of the road. Turn left at the sign and travel 1 mile on County Rd. 1190. Turn left at the Indian Lodge sign and proceed to the office/store on the left.

From Dallas and points east:

    Travel south on I-35E and exit Hwy. 67 west toward Cleburne. Travel 19 miles to the junction with I-35W. Continue on Hwy. 67, passing under I-35W. Travel 6 miles and take the Bus. 67 exit toward downtown. At the courthouse, turn left on Hwy. 174 South and travel 19.5 miles to the Brazos River. Continue one more mile past the bridge and watch for the Indian Lodge Resort sign on the left side of the road. Turn left at the sign and travel 1 mile on County Rd. 1190. Turn left at the Indian Lodge sign and proceed to the office/store on the left.

From Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, and points west:

    Travel east on I-20 and exit at Eastland on Hwy. 6. Travel south 87 miles on Hwy. 6 to the town of Meridian. At the traffic light, turn left and go into town on Hwy. 22. Continue through Meridian for 1.2 miles, going past the corner where Hwy. 22 turns right until reaching Hwy. 174. Turn left on Hwy. 174 and travel 17 miles north. Watch for the Indian Lodge Resort sign on the right and turn right on County Road 1190 and travel one mile. Turn left at the Indian Lodge sign and proceed to the office/store on the left.

From Austin:

    Travel north on I-35 to Belton. Exit Hwy. 317 and travel north 36 miles to Valley Mills. Turn left on Hwy. 6 and continue north 22 miles to Meridian. At the traffic light, turn right and go into town on Hwy. 22. Continue through Meridian for 1.2 miles, going past the corner where Hwy. 22 turns right until reaching Hwy. 174. Turn left on Hwy. 174 and travel 17 miles north. Watch for the Indian Lodge Resort sign on the right and turn right on County Road 1190 and travel one mile. Turn left at the Indian Lodge sign and proceed to the office/store on the left.

From San Antonio:

Travel north on Hwy 281 to Hamilton. Turn right on Hwy. 22 and travel 32 miles to Meridian. At the traffic light, continue straight and go into town on Hwy. 22. Continue through Meridian for 1.2 miles, going past the corner where Hwy. 22 turns right until reaching Hwy. 174. Turn left on Hwy. 174 and travel 17 miles north. Watch for the Indian Lodge Resort sign on the right and turn right on County Road 1190 and travel one mile. Turn left at the Indian Lodge sign and proceed to the office/store on the left.

From Houston:

Travel north on Hwy. 6 to Meridian and follow the directions from there OR take I-45 north and then travel west to Waco on Hwy. 84. Take Hwy. 6 north 46 miles to Meridian. At the traffic light, turn right and go into town on Hwy. 22. Continue through Meridian for 1.2 miles, going past the corner where Hwy. 22 turns right until reaching Hwy. 174. Turn left on Hwy. 174 and travel 17 miles north. Watch for the Indian Lodge Resort sign on the right and turn right on County Road 1190 and travel one mile. Turn left at the Indian Lodge sign and proceed to the office/store on the left.
